Since 1998, Gorgia has been the largest construction and repair corporation in the Caucasus. With 10 stores in 6 cities of Georgia, Gorgia offers customers more than 50,000 types of construction-repair and household products.
As one of the biggest hypermarkets in Georgia, Gorgia has lots of products and customers in every field. This required a suitable storage solution to save data associated with these products and customers. Gorgia prioritized a durable, reliable, and future-proof storage solution that could grow with their business. User friendliness was also required, as most of their 150+ employees have basic IT knowledge.
Gorgia's system integrator partner LAB Technologies chose the reliable and high-density 12-bay TS-1283XU-RP NAS with a 25GbE PCIe expansion card. The user-friendly GUI of QTS (QNAP NAS operating system) allowed staff to set up and manage their NAS very easily.
The TS-1283UX-RP allows Gorgia’s staff to store massive, important business data with confidence. By supporting Snapshot functions, IT staff can replicate snapshot files to the backup NAS for version control and management. Now if a primary-site fails, critical data and services can be resumed in the shortest possible time.
